World Record Moon Shoes

The World Record Nike Moon shoes shattered the record for the most expensive sneakers ever sold.

The Waffle Outsoles are crude and irregular. The Waffle Outsoles are in two pieces because at the time Nike did not have the technology to make one piece Waffle Soles. The Waffle Outsoles were glued and stitched on to make sure that they did not fall off during the race.

This pair is 100% Deadstock. They have never been unlaced or tried on. The Waffle Outsoles still have little flicks of rubber hanging off of them that resemble the little rubber hairs on brand new tires. These shoes are fresh off the Waffle Iron!

Concentric circles are visible all the way around the perimeter of the Waffle Outsoles from the shears that were used to hand-cut them.

The shoes feature green Spenco sockliners that show absolutely no signs of wear. The Uppers are made of White Nylon. They were air freighted from Japan. The shoes do not say Nike anywhere on them. They have absolutely no tags.

Four Black Swooshes were sewn on to the Uppers with Fishing Line.
